We’re ringing in 2012 with some fantastic news – property values in Burquitlam are increasing up to 25%!

According to BC Assessment, property values in Burquitlam are set to increase by 15-25% this year. That’s a significant increase in only one year!

As predicted, the Evergreen Line has had a major effect on the housing values in the Burquitlam neighbourhood! Burquitlam has become Greater Vancouver’s housing hotspot.
